We instantly thought of one of our favorite e-tailers, Dermstore, who has been a leader in the skincare space and online beauty shopping since it was created in 1999 by a dermatologist. 14 years later, they were acquired by Target and have quickly built a curated assortment of the finest brands in beauty. President Cyndi Isgrig joins us today to discuss what differentiates as brand you find at Dermstore vs. other retailers, how shopping for your favorite products will change over the next year and what product she thinks we'll see more of in 2020. Plus, a distasteful launch that's ruffled our feathers and a shoutout to a special listener!
